The Gauteng Provincial Political Killings Task Team (PKTT) has arrested a 40-year-old supplier allegedly linked to a R16 million fleet tender awarded by the Emfuleni Local Municipality. The arrest forms part of an investigation into suspected corruption surrounding the municipal tender.
